Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers but our other patients as well.

Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

Anything cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours will result in a $100 fee, depending on length of appointment.  If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for an appointment you may be asked to reschedule.

2 or more cancellations will require a deposit of 50% for future visits.

​

3% Credit Card fee will be added to any card or electronic transaction.
